I am happy to help. NEW CLIENTS: Please be sure to fill out the "Patient Profile" before your scheduled appointment time. If this is not completed prior to your appointment, you will need to fill it out in person before we begin any services. This may shorten your treatment time. DEPOSITS: A 50% deposit is required in order to secure your facial appointment. Your deposit will be applied towards your facial treatment at the time of your appointment. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. If you need to reschedule before 72 hours of your appointment, you will be able to apply your deposit to your newly scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 72 hours or did not show up for your appointment, you will need to make a new deposit to reschedule. Payments made in full are non-refundable once booked.
